PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling inbound call volume from LG employee technicians and Authorized Service Centres across Canada.
- Reviewing and approving Return Authorization requests from Authorized Service Centres
- Supporting Parts inquiries from our Authorized Service Centres
- Organizing training materials and scheduling training sessions
- Facilitate engaging classes
- Documenting and reporting field quality issues to the Quality team

KNOWLDEGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in servicing consumer electronics, including: televisions, sound bars, etc.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Required to have and maintain a valid driver’s license at all times.
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and a Skilled Trade Certificate.
- Must possess eagerness and passion to continually learn and evolve new technical skills.
- Ability to communicate in French (verbal and written)
