**Your days will include**:

- Establishing positive working relationships with primary contacts
- Performing payroll functions on Kronos by maintaining timekeeping information
- Billing and reconciling inventories
- Coordinating truck delivery and pick up
- Delivering and maintaining the orientation/onboarding process for new hires
- Ensuring employees follow HACCP policies and maintain HACCP verifications

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm
- A Diploma in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong focus on food safety and workplace safety
