triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a **Data Entry Clerk **to join our team at the **Campus Support Centre located in Mississauga.**

**Primary Purpose**:
The main responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk include sorting files to be scanned, exporting data into computer databases, and appropriately filing digital documents. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for transferring paper formats into computer files or database systems

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
- Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
- Proactively verifying data through source documents
- Monitoring and updating existing data when required
- Retrieving data for team members upon request
- Performing data searches
- Complying with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some prior experience, typically one to two years in preferred, in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in use of MS Office, with significant experience in Excel.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Hours of Work**:
This position is a **temporary full-time 3-month contract** opportunity with a possible 3 month extension depending on the business needs. Hours of work will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is **immediate**.

**Work Location**:
This position will be based out of the Campus Support Centre
- located in Mississauga on Winston Churchill and 401.
