**Position Overview - Warehouse Lead Hand** Reporting to the Customer Value Manager, the Lead Hand will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our 25,000 square foot warehouse and cross dock. **Job Duties** - Overlook warehouse workflow and identify any discrepancies with efficiency. - Report directly to the Customer Value Manager any procedural issues or areas where training is necessary. - Load/unload trailers with care and adhere to company policies and procedures. - Identify discrepancies with freight and follow proper reporting procedures. - Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. - Inspect and record safe working condition of forklifts and ensure battery charging as needed. - Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures. - Ensure a safe and clean warehouse. - Maintain Crossdock safety, security and housekeeping standards. **Qualifications** - 1 year experience as a Forklift Operator. - 1 year experience supervising within a cross-dock warehouse setting. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment - Ability to lead and take ownership of projects - Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and responsibilities - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Ability to learn new computer programs - Willingness to work both quantity and flexible hours necessary to support customer demands - Must be bondable **Additional Information** - Monday - Friday, Days - Bonus Program - Employer Paid Benefits - Employee Family Assistance Program - RRSP Program with Company Match - Clothing/Boot Allowance **Company Overview** Logikor prides itself on an open-door philosophy; all Team Members are encouraged to share ideas, opinions & thoughts openly.
