We are looking for an experienced **Landscape Construction Lead Hand** to assist in leading our innovative natural playground landscape installations. This role will support the Foreman and Project Manager in planning and execution. The Lead Hand can also enter into the Foreman Development Plan setting goals and training to become the next installation foreman

**If you have the following qualifications**:

- Three years of experience in the construction or landscaping industry
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Dedication to being Organized and professional
- Competent with laser and grades
- Solid understanding of construction processes
- Ability to lift at least 70lbs
- Valid G license

**Preference will be given to anyone with one of the following attributes or more**:

- Strong communication skills written and oral
- Experience working with a Chainsaw
- Experience working in and around heavy equipment
- An Excavator or Skid Steer license
- Valid AR license
- Ability to read Blueprints

**Daily Tasks**
- Assisting foreman with site coordination and job planning
- Follow and enforce Health and Safety policies
- Prioritizing tasks
- Scheduling and delegating tasks as well as motivating and disciplining crew
- Using heavy machinery and power tools to build playground components
- Working in a team environment and meeting installation deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
