**Max Advanced Brakes** is a retailer and distributor of automotive brake parts with a mission to make stopping power simple for consumers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into our database with precision and efficiency.
- **Data Verification**: Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of data entered to ensure consistency and completeness.
- **File Maintenance**: Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conducting regular quality checks on data entries to identify and correct errors promptly.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining records of data input activities and producing reports as required.
- **Communication**: Collaborating with team members to resolve data-related issues and communicate effectively regarding task progress.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with data management software or databases.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
