As a ‘
**Solution Consultant **at Replicon, you will serve as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success Managers, Support, Implementation teams to understand, assess the requirements shared, recommend best practices and feasible and scalable solutions. Work closely with the Replicon internal technical teams, interpret the functional requirements, assess the feasibility and share the effort(s) required to deliver the solution.

**You have**:
- Bachelor degree preferred
- 2 - 8 years of experience in product based Organization in pre sales or solutions consulting
- Commercial acumen to understand concepts such as; return on investment, the total cost of ownership, presenting business value outcomes
- Consulting fundamentals including design process, implementation approaches and support strategies
- Support or Pre-sales experience with a domai**n **knowledge on HRIS, PayRoll, ERP domain experience is a plus
- Very strong written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate activities and meet deadlines
**What you’ll do**:
- Primarily accountable for determining the overall strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects
- Work closely with Sales, CSM, Support and Implementation teams to qualify prospects for product/solutions fit, appropriately set delivery expectations, validate the functional requirements, and identify the risk and flag the same
- Engage and collaborate with the internal teams and recommend customer engagement (Project) purpose, requirements, timelines, pricing and approvals.
- Engage with the sales process where business and product value workshops or demonstrations are required to sell the value of the products aligned with customer challenges and pain points
- Review the requirements shared (Presales documents, other documents),check feasibility/scalability of the solution proposed to meet the customer requirements.
- Coordinating with internal team to prepare the project plan, effort estimation on any engagement
- Preparing Statement of Work (SoW) capturing the client's requirements in detail, maintain the sections with precise representation
- Validate the requested change request (CR) with the existing solution delivered and ensure that a clean solution is proposed.
- Act as SPOC for customer presentation or demos pertaining to product portfolio for our global inside sales team
