**About the Role**

We are looking for a customer-focused, results-driven** In-Store Collections Specialist**to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and helping us reduce store-level delinquency. This position plays a key role in protecting our business while supporting our customers through difficult financial situations.

**Please note: This is an in-person position and is not eligible for remote work.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Negotiate payment arrangements that align with company policies and customer circumstances.
- Accurately document all collection activity and communication in our system.
- Assist with in-store operations including loan processing and customer service when required.
- Work with store leadership to identify and prioritize high-risk or non-responsive accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, company policies, and privacy standards.
- Monitor individual and store-level collection performance, aiming to exceed targets.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or financial services is a strong asset.

- Comfortable using technology and internal software systems.
