**Quality Assurance Analyst**

Are you a bright, imaginative, and a capable Quality Assurance Analyst with strong communication skills specifically seeking a smaller environment where you will have an impact on the success of the company and be a key contributor to the overall success of our growing business?

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in cross-functional Agile Scrum teams
- Participation in all QA test phases such as requirements validation, smoke, exploratory, functional, integration and regression testing
- Understand requirement documents, functional specifications, high level design and system documentation
- Responsible for developing automated test scripts using Selenium with Python and for contributing to incremental growth in our automated test coverage and best practices
- Follow existing process to ensure delivery of project as scheduled with high quality
- Test case design and execution, Perform scenario-based testing from the perspective of various business documents or test plans/cases
- Defect maintenance and follow-ups
- Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase
- Proven track record establishing solid QA practice, strategies, and plans
- Ability to focus on deadlines/deliverables and to find and describe defects quickly

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 years working experience as a QA engineer
- Hand-on experience using Selenium with Python in UI automation testing
- Ability to lead and mentor a team to grow our automated testing capabilities is a strong asset
- Experience in API testing - Postman experience preferred
- Experience with SQL or other scripting languages
- Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Detail oriented and Critical thinker
- Experience using Jira
