**Responsibilities**:
- Support CEO in managing department leaders and projects
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels including internal team and management of plans, tasks, projects and priorities
- Conduct research, investigations, compile data, and data interpretation
- Assist with project management, ensure timely deliverables and follow-ups
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team and management
- Assist the full life cycle of recruiting including reviewing interviews, liaising between the hiring team and the management, and coordinating onboarding of new hires
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant or executive business administrator
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proactive and able to juggle multiple tasks in a manner transparent to the team, and work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy
- Superior attention to detail
- Experience and ability to read reports and data
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree preferred
