**Overview**:
As Product Manager at Tsubaki of Canada you will provide the vision and leadership that sets a roadmap for success. Along that road you will work with the sales and marketing team to execute a plan that exceeds customer expectations while achieving profitable results. Reporting to the Vice President Sales Marketing we will work together as a team to prove our value every day, to our business partners and most importantly our customers.

**Qualifications**:
- A higher level of education in the fields of business and/or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum three years of related industry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both externally and internally.
- The ability to adapt to changing or unexpected events.
- Personal motivation and ability to provide creative thought.
- Ability to travel.

- To provide strategic leadership and detailed planning.
- To consistently report on progress.
- To work along with the salesforce to exceed realistic budgets.
- To meet the customer’s expectations as a technical product expert.
- To understand the market and how our products best fit in that space.
- To internally manage and bridge the gaps.
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
- To have a consistent presence in all parts of the country.
- Use and maintain the sales tools given that separate us from the competition.
- To be a leader of the brand both externally and internally and maintain a positive attitude.

Since 1973, the Canadian market has trusted Tsubaki of Canada Limited, a division of Japan’s Tsubakimoto Chain Co., to keep it moving smoothly. We cover the country’s needs from our Mississauga, Ontario-based head office and production/distribution facility, and our warehouse facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Tsubaki is undertaking a significant modernization as well, by adding CNC equipment, to improve our manufacturing capabilities in British Columbia.
