Responsable d’assurer les fonctions de secrétariat et d'administration pour l'ensemble des zones opérationnelles du centre de tri et de la succursale. Son champ d'action couvre le transport routier, la gestion des dossiers, l'assurance qualité et le service client. Traite rapidement les colis endommagés et mal adressés afin d'optimiser les délais de livraison. Premier point de contact des clients, il ou elle gère une variété de problèmes avec efficacité et professionnalisme.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High School Diploma or GED required

General business skills such as typing; data entry and review; and use of phone, copier, and fax

Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests

Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals

CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET CAPACITÉS REQUISES

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis.
