Dilawri Group of Companies - Domestic is now actively searching for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

We are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Vehicle Acquisition Specialist/Car Buyer to join our team and help us acquire vehicles for our Domestic Brand inventory.

**Position Overview**: You will play a crucial role in sourcing and acquiring vehicles for our dealership. You will be responsible for utilizing both Trade Rev and private listings to identify and purchase vehicles that meet our quality and inventory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and market analysis to identify vehicle purchasing opportunities.
- Utilize Trade Rev, a leading automotive remarketing platform, to identify potential trade-in vehicles from various sources.
- Evaluate the condition, history, and market value of potential acquisitions.
- Negotiate with private sellers and trade-ins to secure vehicles at competitive prices.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections and appraisals to ensure quality and compliance with dealership standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all vehicle acquisitions and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory management teams to align vehicle acquisitions with current demand and inventory needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Car Buyer in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with Trade Rev or similar automotive remarketing platforms.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of vehicle market values, conditions, and trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
