Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist

Job descriptionHireArt is helping our client hire an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist to be an integral part of the daily vehicle operations activities on the road. You will primarily be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating issues reported by the vehicle operators.In this role, your work capturing and escalating issues will help in prioritizing activities across the software development and hardware teams.Shifts available:AM Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-ThursdayAs an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist, you'll:Receive issue reports from vehicle operators and engineers and perform first-level triage on themFirst-in-line for troubleshooting solutions to keep vehicles operational.Escalate issues to engineers and support issue resolution.Update and maintain issue tickets and troubleshooting documentation.Provide frequent reports on fleet status and issue trends to operations teams.Requirements2+ years of technical job experience or a technical degree Experience with troubleshooting issues on computers or other hardwareExperience with data entryMust be extremely detail-orientedNice-to-Have:Experience in the following:Fleet Management SystemsLinuxSoftware tools/services like Slack, Jira, and ConfluenceGoogle WorkspaceAutonomous vehicles or automotive workBenefits:Pre-tax commuter benefitsEmployer (HireArt) Subsidized healthcare benefitsFlexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costsHireArt covers all costs for short and long-term disability and life insurance401k packageCommitment: This is a full-time, 6-month contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via HireArt.
