**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Talent Sourcing**: Develop and implement strategies to source young talent, including university students and recent graduates, through various channels such as career fairs, university partnerships, online job boards, and social media.
- **Employer Branding**: Promote Tacenda Capital and our portfolio companies as attractive destinations for young talent by showcasing our unique value propositions and success stories.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on early-career talent or university recruiting.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and a passion for entrepreneurship.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with or recruiting for startups.
- Knowledge of the Canadian education system and student organizations.
- Proficiency in using social media and other digital platforms for recruitment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M9C 5L5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
