**Deal Administrator - Maternity Leave Contract**:

We are currently seeking a **Deal Administrator** to cover a maternity leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in ensuring smooth deal processing and administrative excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Deal Administrator, you will:

- Accurately prepare, process, and finalize all sales and lease documentation.
- Verify deal files for compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
- Post deals into the accounting system and balance transactions.
- Maintain deal jackets and ensure all required documents are collected.
- Liaise with the sales, finance, and accounting departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to management as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer and financial information.

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking for someone who has:

- Prior automotive dealership administration experience (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software (Serti, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar an asset).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
