**Parking Enforcement**

**Part Time - Evenings & Weekends (20 hours / week)**

**Thursday to Sunday**

**Description**

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- Walking and/or standing for up to 8 hours.
- Able to bend, crouch, reach.
- Able to use stairs when required.
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
- Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing a positive customer service experience for all Vibe Parking customers and clients.
- Ensuring locations operated and maintained to Vibe Parking’s company standards.
- Assist customers with parking meters.
- Direct customers into parking facilities.
- Provide information to customers on long term parking options.
- Daily site inspections and equipment checks.
- Correspondence and communication with all company departments as needed.
- Reporting and requesting of equipment servicing/repairs.
- Work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Wear assigned uniform.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be mobile and able to cover the entire site.
- Must be able to work outdoors through inclement conditions.

**Lot Maintenance/Set-Up**
- Regular review of the lot’s physical condition including signage, surface, lighting, automated equipment, etc.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service oriented, with a pleasant and energetic personality.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in various situations.
- Hands on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
