About the team you are joining

In this role, you will be working with a diverse and agile Digital and Distance Learning Operations team that is committed to delivering premium services and learning solutions to all customers and partners worldwide. You will report to the Senior Manager, Digital and Distance Learning (DDL) Operations, IATA Training, to oversee the day-to-day DDL training operations and assist in training the operations team and managing stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.

What your day would be like
- Work in collaboration with the customer service team and other stakeholders to handle the queries from customers and training partners.
- Monitor course enrollment, payment, distribution, examination, and certification processes, ensuring a smooth delivery of training products and services to customers. This includes managing the distribution of digital and physical content.
- Coordinate with the content team, LMS support team, and service providers to launch new training programs, processes, or systems.
- Act as the go-to person for the team on daily operational issues to ensure all problems are solved or escalated on time.
- Suggest process or system enhancements for operational efficiency.
- Assist in developing SOPs and user guides to improve the customer experience and team performance.
- Conduct onboarding training for training partners, customers, and team members to ensure the guidelines, SOPs, and best practices are followed.
- Monitor stakeholders’ performance against the SLAs or SOPs.
- Contribute to special tasks assigned.

We would love to hear from you if
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Education, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in operations management with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, preferably in an educational or digital training setting.
- You are a self-starter who can work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural team environment.
- You have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- You are very results-oriented and able to work well under pressure and complete multiple tasks to quality standards while respecting deadlines.
- You have strong presentation skills and can communicate effectively.
- You have the ability to leverage your understanding of data, processes, or systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Your English proficiency is high, and you have excellent writing and proofreading skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- You are highly computer-literate, particularly in MS Excel and Power BI; familiarity with LMS or ERP systems is an asset.
