**What are we looking for?**

**What you will be doing**:

- Working with a designer to draft permit, tender and Construction drawing sets.
- Ability to do space plan test fits under the guidance of a designer.
- With the overall team on the project, responsible for the general success of every project including hitting schedule.
- Assisting with Site verification/measurement
- Working within design schedules and roadmaps with the approval of design director
- Assisting with submission and review of all forms/schedules for permits for different Cities
- Reviewing construction documents and engineer drawings
- Review building codes, zoning and local regulations
- Assisting the designer with client presentations (working drawings, finishes, digital presentations)
- Assigning, coordinating, and reviewing the work with project teams

**What you bring to the table**:

- Degree or Diploma from a recognized University or College
- Minimum of 3 years of design drafting experience with an in-depth understanding of detailing and interior building code standards
- Passion for perfection and a team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English with good communication and written skills
- Excellent AutoCAD and REVIT technical skills necessary to complete contract documents and ability to improve and maintain our systems for optimum ease in drawing coordination with other disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Knowledge in 3D sketch-up, and high-quality rendering is beneficial but is not essential.
- The ability to have a home office set up as well.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
