They believe in personalizing the design experience for clients and maintaining a hands-on approach to projects. Every project they undertake has the direct involvement of Directors and Principals. Promoting mutual trust, they address the full scope of a facility’s operational requirements, from addressing technology and space needs to optimizing everyday movements, as well as employee health, well-being and productivity. They have the unique ability to provide truly meaningful services to their clients is largely derived from the partnerships that they foster with them.Our client is looking for a number of experienced Revit Architects (Junior to Senior) to work on a number of institutional and healthcare projects.The Architect (Revit) will contribute to day to day architecture for a project team, working with production staff, the project manager, consultant and trade partners. Responsibilities will include:Communicating with clients throughout the project to answer questions and provide updates regarding progressPerforming onsite inspections of work performed by other contractors to ensure quality standards are metProviding technical support and troubleshooting problems with computer hardware and softwarePreparing drawings, sketches, charts and other visual aids to communicate information to othersReviewing architectural drawings to determine if they meet building codes or other regulationsDesigning building structures by using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings of floor plans, elevations, sections and other views of buildingsStrong communication skills and experience as an Architect/Intern Architect/Architectural Designer on a multi-person project is required.
