**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Uses computer assisted design/drafting with emphasis on structural drafting using REVIT
- Uses ACAD (Autodesk), Civil 3D, and/or Microstation equipment and software to draft designs
- Creates and revises production drawings (detail and assembly drawings)
- Makes final sketch of proposed drawings, checking dimensions, materials, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.
- Utilizes knowledge of various engineering practices, mathematics, building materials and other physical sciences to complete drawings
- Utilizes skills necessary to read blueprints, create 3-dimensional models, assemblies, and working drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD

**Qualifications**:

- Associate's degree in Drafting / Design with up to 2 years of experience
- Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with Civil 3D and MicroStation
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

**Base salary range**:
$27.11 to $33.14 per hour based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description.

**Physical requirements**:
Work is generally performed in an office or client office setting. Ability to use standard office equipment is required. Travel will be required.
