**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are looking to hire an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR INDIAN GIRL.
**EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
**KEY SKILLS**:
- Good communication and listening skills
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Excellent customer service skills
- Honest and trustworthy attitude
- An interest in legal and financial matters
- Good mathematical & Computer Skills
- Respect for confidential information
- Excellent Oral & Writing Communication skills
- Should be well versed with chat management (Good typing speed as well)
- Should be able to work under pressure & handle multiple tasks efficiently, without compromising in quality
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keeping records up to date
- Basic social media marketing
- Administration and fielding calls
- Prepare post settlement activities
- To ensure that the quality of output and accuracy of information is maintained
- Handle Broker requests with the support of clearly defined scripts and processes. Adhere to the Service Level Agreements specified by the client / process and ensure adherence to time schedules
- Deal with brokers and may be required to identify, log and escalate complaints/escalations and resolve queries by tracking them internally and escalate upwards if necessary
- Responsible for the management of own daily workload, to ensure chat enquiries / queries are dealt with in an efficient and knowledgeable manner to meet the demands of the business grades of service and ensuring that all unresolved cases / queries are allocated to the respective areas
- Responsible for identifying potential loss situations promptly escalating to the relevant areas to minimise the risk to the business and applicant
- Adhere to organizational wide information security policies and procedures.
- Processing underwriting work as per skill set
- To effectively and efficiently respond to broker’s chats, reply to their queries and resolve issues.
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
