Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are always seeking professional, detail-oriented individuals to join our airline and limousine divisions.

Presently we are looking to fill a full-time customer service/reservation agent position.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle multiple phone lines in a calm, effective and professional manner.
- Arrange with other limousine companies, as needed, to cover runs that cannot be covered with the available company staff.
- Assist drivers to learn effective phone communication and help them to solve problems in completing the run, as scheduled.
- When speaking with clients and other businesses represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn common destinations in the geographic area served by the company and become familiar with routes and traffic patterns.
- Create transportation reservations
- Seek supervision, from the appropriate authority, in carrying out assigned duties as specified.

**Special Attributes**

**Knowledge**

Understanding the importance of clear, direct, precise, and timely communication in carrying out reservation functions. Familiarity with the geographic area served by the company.

Understanding of Limo Connect* platform, Highly Desirable (training provided)

**Experience**

Experience handling multiple phone lines in a busy environment. Typing or data entry experience.

**Interpersonal Skills**:
Ability to communicate calmly and clearly. Ability to respond effectively and courteously to client requests. Ability to provide direction to others in an assertive and professional manner.

**Reasoning Ability**

**Additional Requirements**

3 + years of Customer Service experience in passenger transportation is an asset.

Wages and Job Details to be discussed upon interview.

**Work Hours**

Monday: 3PM-11PM

Friday: 3PM-11PM

Saturday and Sunday: 9AM-9PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: OFF

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
