**Firkin on the Bay **is a well established British pub and is located in the heart of the Humber Bay Shores community. We have a 170 seat seasonal patio with a perfect view of Toronto across the lake, as well as a bi-level 120 seat pub.

As a member of our Front of House team, you have hospitality in your blood and have a passion for food and beverage. You must thrive in a faced paced setting and be able to contribute to an outstanding guest experience from start to finish in a high volume, energetic environment. Experience is a must

You are the face of our restaurant and the person the guest is relying on to ensure an enjoyable experience from the moment they sit down until they depart. You know our food and beverage menu inside and out and can make excellent recommendations. You live our Steps of Service and Service Standards, exceeding the guest expectations whether they are your first guest of the day or the very last of the shift.

You are a dynamic person, quick with a joke and a smile. You know that being just “good enough” is never good enough for your guests. You always work hard and always do the right thing, even when no one is watching. You have a passion for food and drink.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- serving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
