**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area according to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service flow.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated during shifts.
