**Ontario Motor Sales** is a Chevrolet Cadillac dealership proudly serving the Durham Region for over 100 years. We have an immediate opening for a Collision Centre Coordinator.

This position is a key role for our fast-moving, high-volume Collision Centre.

As a Collision Centre Coordinator, you will be the key communicator that keeps the Collision Centre running smoothly. You’ll be working side by side as an assistant to our Collision Centre Manager to dot all the “I’s” and cross all the “t’s”. You will be introduced to our Collision Centre processes & cutting-edge technologies. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a high capacity to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, we can't wait to hear from you

**What You'll Do**:

- Welcoming clients and visitors into the Collision Centre with a friendly and professional demeanour. Assess their needs and answer their inquires or guide them to the appropriate dealership member.
- Ensure repair orders and invoices handled appropriately for each customer.
- Compile needed documentation and verify vehicle info with the insurance company
- Finalize all paperwork ensuring correct parts, labor, and costs applied. Responsible for accounts receivable follow-up with insurance companies, and work closely with our Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the auto body shop's daily operations; including cash deposits, and time tickets.
- Answer telephone and interact with customers about delivery and pick-up of automobiles as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling auto insurance claims would be considered an asset.
- Must have a valid “G” class drivers license.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able work with mínimal supervision.
- Must be computer proficient in Excel, and trainable in specialized software.
