**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead and supervise banquet staff during events to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements, decor, and audio/visual equipment.
- Monitor food safety practices to maintain compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
- Collaborate with event planners to ensure all details are executed as planned.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry or hospitality sector, preferably in banquet or event management.
- Strong background in restaurant management or bartending is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Previous experience in interviewing and training staff is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
