**Duties and Responsibilities**

  • Supervise warehouse staffs and daily activities
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
  • Communicate job expectations and arrange training to employees
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workload
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and prepare related report
  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
  • Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds
  • Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

**Minima Requirement**

  • At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse production line management
  • Experienced in Leading At least 5 members’ group
  • Experience in production planning or material planning and tracking, as an asset
  • Background in 5S, Lean manufacturing, PDCA, POKA YOKE, as an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
