This position is integral in meeting the needs of our Executive Leaders and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include: Preparing correspondence such as agendas, minutes, letters; scheduling meetings, events; keeping the CEO and Management Teams calendar organized and up to date; maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality; developing and managing the collateral for the Corporation; preparing and organizing AGM materials and meeting; be an engaged, contributing member of our Management Team; manage all out-going communications; assist scheduling and organizing fundraising events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
