Case Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Review documents according to internal specifications and client feedback.
- Reply to client messages in the case management system.
- Commuting with potential clients for immigration evaluation.
- Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client’s projects on time.
- Keep up with the latest updates on immigration policies and the company’s internal procedures
- Provide assistance to colleagues as needed to facilitate the completion of time-sensitive cases while managing designated tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding client service skills.
- Proficient with G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Pro.
- The high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated professional demeanor.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Have a BA or MA degree.
- Relevant internship or work experience as assets.
