The Administration Support Clerk must be able to “float” between various jobs within the office in order to cover off for planned and unplanned employee absences as well as to assist staffing levels in meeting peaks in demand and volume.
Reporting to the Manager, Accounting Support Services, the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Job Duties**
The Administration Support clerk is required to be able to fill in for the following positions:
- Accounts Payable Clerk
- Print Shop Clerk
- Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Customer Service Clerk
- Cash & Banking Clerk
- Receptionist
- Other general duties as may be assigned
**Street Credentials**
- Completed accounting certificate/diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in office administration position
- Minimum of 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable

- Attention to detail, together with the ability to effectively organize and prioritize work while remaining flexible and willing to meet the needs of the department.

- Exceptional written communication as well as proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrates an understanding of available technologies, how to use them, and the value they provide.
- Continuous learner with a naturally curious mindset.
- A team player, who is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in to support the team
- Optimistic and open to new ideas or challenges that may come your way.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $21.26-$26.40 per hour
