**About Us**

Denman Athletics is a **strength and conditioning-focused** training facility in the heart of Vancouver’s West End. We offer **small group personal training (SGPT)**and performance-based strength training for clients who are committed to their health, wellness, and fitness goals.

We are looking for an **energetic, people-oriented, and sales-savvy Front Desk & Membership Coordinator** to join our team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced, community-driven** environment and wants to be part of a team that prioritizes **client experience, professionalism, and high-energy service.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Operations** - Greet and check in clients, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service
- **Sales & Membership Support** - Confidently discuss training options, assist with membership sign-ups, and provide guidance on gym services
- **Client Engagement & Retention** - Build strong relationships with members, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- **Administrative Duties** - Manage bookings, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- **Social Media & Marketing Support** - Assist in creating content, posting updates, and engaging with the gym’s online community
- **General Gym Upkeep** - Ensure the front-end space is tidy, organized, and aligned with the gym’s high standards

**Requirements**:
**Sales experience required** - must be confident in speaking about services and guiding potential clients toward the best membership option
**Exceptional people skills** - must be friendly, engaging, and able to build strong client relationships
**Some knowledge of health, fitness, and wellness** - must understand the basics of training and gym culture
**Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated** - must thrive in a high-energy, community-driven environment
**Strong multitasking and organizational skills** - ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent client service
**Availability for evenings and weekends** - this is a key requirement for the role
