As we expand, we’re looking for a results-driven **Business Development Manager** to help grow our customer base and strengthen market presence.
As a **Business Development Manager**, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the freight and logistics industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, target, and secure new shippers and carriers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and offer tailored freight solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure top-level service
- Track and report on sales activity and performance metrics
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales
- Strong network of shippers and/or carriers preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with TMS software and CRM tools is a plus

Pay: $39,771.25-$113,935.91 per year
