**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a key role in the ongoing success of our exciting and fast-paced restaurant. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, forward-thinking individual with a passion for the hospitality industry. You will work alongside a collaborative management team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**: Interview, hire, and onboard new staff. Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure exceptional service standards and create a positive work environment.
- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the breakfast and Italian cuisine sides, ensuring smooth service during high-traffic hours.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock to avoid shortages or wastage.
- **Drink & Menu Development**: Collaborate with the team to create new drink offerings and seasonal menu items, enhancing the dining experience.
- **Customer Relations**: Build relationships with regulars, provide personalized service, and address guest concerns promptly.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Maintain all health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- **Scheduling**: Create staff schedules for day, night, and weekend shifts, including holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management and customer service.
- ProServe certification and First Aid training are required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in inventory management and ordering.
- A creative approach to drink and menu development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A passion for both breakfast and Italian cuisine

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
