- Family-Style Restaurant | Salary: $55,000-$70,000 | Full-Time_

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate **Restaurant Manager** to lead our team in a warm, family-style dining environment. If you have a background in hospitality and culinary operations and are ready to take charge of both front-of-house and kitchen management, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including kitchen and dining room management
- Lead, train, and motivate front
- and back-of-house staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and food quality standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Collaborate on menu planning and kitchen processes
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven kitchen/cooking experience in a professional food service setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
