The Administrator will assist with administrative tasks for the department, clients, and staff.
Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, creativity, attention to detail, problem solving skills and flexibility are imperative to the success of this position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain good communication between the Homefield People and Strategy team, as well as clients.
- Assist with general office administration, such as ordering office supplies, file management, booking team meetings, etc.
- Client administration, such as managing room bookings and assisting client session bookings.
- Event Registration Management & IT Orders.
- Expense sheet submission and credit card reconciliation.
- Project support, such as assisting with project invoicing, team scheduling, and reporting.
- Assisting with Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), such as creating new processes for administration functions and SOP creation and updates.
- Working with Zoom, Excel, and other Office programs.
