AGT Foods, a division of Alliance Pulse Processors Inc., is seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team at our Saskatoon, SK corporate office.

Working within the AGT Foods Corporate Affairs team, the Marketing and Social Media Specialist will participate in the design and production of marketing materials and graphics to support AGT’s business units and tradeshow projects, create and curate graphic and video content for social media, and administer and execute the company’s social media strategy.

**Responsibilities**

Assist the Director on a day-to-day basis on a variety of corporate communications projects, including:

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals, collaborating with internal clients to meet specific objectives
- Generate, edit, publish and share original text, graphic and video content for social media, as well as curate relevant content from other sources
- Create and maintain brochures and marketing materials for sales activities
- Create graphics, marketing and video content for tradeshows
- Assist in creating and maintaining websites and website content
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, including promotions and other activities to promote engagement
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

**Skill Requirements**
- Proven work experience in social media, advertising and/or graphic design, with preference given to experience in a corporate communications environment or advertising agency
- Good knowledge of current social media platforms and best practices
- Hands-on experience in social media content management and creation
- Strong ability to use Mac-based graphics programs (Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere or After Effects) and Microsoft Office programs
- Sound administration, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing projects with different objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective team player with well-developed interpersonal skills
