**Primary Responsibilities**
- Work closely with brand management and eCommerce teams to develop holistic strategies, campaigns, and programs to encompass all brand platforms and brand initiatives.
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy, managing the daily activities spanning all owned Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Manage social media content calendar from conceptualization to completed execution, ensuring consistency in brand tone, voice, and terminology.
- Content creation that is informative and appealing, curated to drive engagement on all social platforms.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between consumers and the company and ensure a positive user experience and high engagement.
- Find new and exciting ways to engage followers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and affinity.
- Create and manage influencer outreach programs by identifying relevant influencers, establish and foster relationships with influencers and engage in social conversation.
- Establish and execute strategic social strategies and campaigns for new product launches, brand partnerships, and promotions.
- Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media efforts to determine campaign effectiveness through relevant monitoring tools (ie: Sprout Social, Social Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Identify key success KPI’s for all social media platforms, providing regular reporting of results and learnings to optimize and pivot strategy, tactics, or content; identify and execute A/B testing to optimize and improve KPIs.
- Present monthly analytics reports and summarize findings for channel health, audience growth (reach), engagement, and DTC e-commerce traffic and sales.
- Manage and execute paid social strategies and campaigns in cross-functional partnerships with brand teams and external agencies.
- Meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly on projects in a fast-paced, often pressured environment and see a project through to completion.
- Act as an influential communications consultant within the organization.
**Education and Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Social Media or a related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in social media marketing and managing various social channels
- Proven track record of generating and executing social media campaigns across platforms while growing audiences and delivering on metrics.
- Solid background analyzing data and metrics to measure performance and build on strategy.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create editorial content in real-time for all social channels.
- Demonstrated experience using social media listening platforms and social management tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of all social platforms and industry best practices.
- A passion for growing brands in the natural foods space.
- Content creation abilities to include social stories, static posting, video, design, copywriting, etc.
- Digitally and analytically savvy with strong presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Resourceful and results-driven personality, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing needs and rapidly growing company.
- Outstanding ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Must be willing and available in ‘real-time’ and after business hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—engaging across all social media channels.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality with a high level of accuracy regarding.
