Social Media Specialist

**Job Title**: Full Time Social Media Specialist

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.

Infinity Events & Décor is just one of our many subsidiaries that are heavily involved in the events industry and encompass a wide range of event related services and activities that include but are not limited to: weddings, charity & non profit functions, large scale corporate events, jewelry, live florals, photography, videography, event venue management and operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the current social media accounts (with additional to be added) across multiple platforms
- Create division specific content for each platform
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Track competitor activity and provide insights to improve engagement and reach
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner
- Engage with influencers and online communities to grow brand following
- Manage social media advertising (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and budgets
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news
- Plan and shoot video content on-site, in showroom, in clients' homes, community events and travel with the team to capture events.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, video, text) for all social media channels

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Ability to move around to multiple job sites and events to capture content, which may include taking event photos and editing them.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Utilizing Facebook & Instagram Stories on a regular basis and Meta Suite as required.
- Ability to post as often as each business requires to increase followers per account
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to maintain files - ensuring all our assets are well-organized and accessible
- Skilled in creating, editing, and promoting written and visual content/posts
- Proficient with digital marketing and proven experience in creating a successful social media strategy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research skills to identify target audiences and trends

**Salary**
- $18-$22/hour

**Hours**
- Full Time 40 + hours per week

**To Apply**:
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per year
