Account Executive

This position is responsible for retaining and growing an assigned book of business. As an Account Executive you will work with top tier clients in a direct customer facing capacity. While you manage the client relationship a team of Account Managers, Campaign Managers and Specialists manage day to day account digital operations/execution. You will become the go to person for each of your assigned accounts. You will help your clients work through challenges and identify opportunities to help them grow. You will work with them to resolve issues/ complaints, provide general support where needed and to explore growth opportunities.
This role can be fully remote.
**Who You Are**:
You are an outstanding communicator with a customer first mindset. You have a background in digital sales with knowledge in PPC, SEO & Creative/Content. You can flawlessly engage with clients and key decision-makers while collaborating, communicating, and sharing best practices and learnings internally. You have an innate ability to understand your client’s needs and trouble shoot small problems before they bubble into bigger issues. When there is an opportunity to grow a client, you can effectively turn digital signals, marketing leads, and customer insights into opportunities for revenue pipeline for clients across industries. You are personable, outgoing, and cool under pressure.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Lead client relationships for an assigned book of business approx. 30 + clients - SMB, B2B, B2C
- Partner with the clients and quickly understand their business and industry.
- When growth opportunities arise, present a solution and obtain client commitment to move forward.
- Liaise with key internal players such as Account Managers, Campaign Managers and Specialists to ensure to recognize opportunities for client growth.
- Work with internal stakeholders to prepare and present solutions.
- Proactive manage client relationships. Touch base with clients regularly, establish a foundation of trust. Anticipate issues before they arise and provide solutions.
- Organize and lead client presentations, in person meetings, conferencing calls, on site visits etc.
- Respond/React to NPS surveys and client feedback questionnaires.
**What You’ll Have**:
- Experience working in fast paced environment managing multiple clients.
- University or College diploma in related field with 2+ years’ experience.
- Great Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Marketing knowledge with a focus on digital is preferred (PPC, SEO, Creative). Must be able to speak digital.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a proven track record of success.
- A positive personality and enjoy initiating, directing and managing accounts.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present (in person, web conferencing).
- A “roll up your sleeves” attitude with the intense drive to succeed
- A driver’s license /access to a vehicle is required. Some client visits throughout the GTA are required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per week
