**Vibrant Healing is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Barrie, ON.**
- **Must have the ability to use The Jane App**:

- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to adapt to change quickly and stay organized
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and other staff members.
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and have excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work weekends and nights if needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.

Job duties include but are not limited to: scheduling, patient scheduling, intake, intake coordination, insurance verification, direct billing with insurance companies, insurance verification, account maintenance, collections, office management and general administrative duties.

Job type: Monday to Friday. Some Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical/clinical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
