**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting Clients: Warmly welcome and assist clients with a friendly demeanor.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic's calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Phone Handling: Answer phones professionally, respond to inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Records Management: Maintain and update client files and electronic medical records accurately.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments, address billing inquiries, and ensure transactions are completed smoothly.
- Front Desk Organization: Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and ready for operations.
- Cleaning: Ability to do laundry, stock inventory, sweep, and clean patient rooms after procedures are completed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks like filing, copying, scanning, and mailing.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders, receive shipments, and update records accordingly.
- Visitor Assistance: Greet and welcome visitors professionally and provide necessary information.
- Receptionist Duties: Perform general receptionist tasks and provide support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Admin Skills: Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred. Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to welcome and assist clients in a friendly manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Medical Terminology: Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Client Services: Welcome clients, offer refreshments, handle checkouts, manage bookings, update records, and respond to inquiries.
