EVONIK’s range of services extends from initial formulation prototype identification, manufacturing process development & scale-up, analytical method development & validation to support raw material, in-process, release and stability testing, all the way through to sterile product manufacturing under GMP for Phase I-II clinical trials. Products include the LIPEX® line of Extruders, which are designed to enable small-scale to commercial scale manufacturing of liposomal drug products. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist project team leads with process development, scale-up and manufacturing of drug formulations (R&D and Test Article Batches).
- Support project team leads with study protocols, reports, and technical presentations.
- Responsible for procurement activities for the group and lab maintenance.
- Responsible for maintaining R&D and client dedicated equipment.
- Closely work with other departments such as Procurement, Analytical, Manufacturing and QC.
- Maintain thorough and accurate laboratory documentation including batch records, experimental methods, observations, data, and results.
- May train lab technicians and other technical staff; may oversee laboratory and/or technical activities of appropriate scope and complexity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Biotechnology Diploma with 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
- Able to work with mínimal supervision in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, and flexibility
- Good organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize
- Strict adherence to policies and procedures and ability to learn new techniques quickly and skillfully
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power
