Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Retail, the **Procurement Coordinator**, is responsible for sourcing and purchasing supplies required for the Company including the office and stores. This role involves maintaining the store supply catalogue, building relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and managing records to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Procurement Coordinator works closely with internal teams to identify needs, develop procurement strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the store supply catalogue including POS bar codes and NAV updates.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of supplies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable resources.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain supplies and resources for the Store Support Centre.
- Print signage & communication packages as required.
- Prepare supply orders.
- Prepare mailbags and ship to stores.
- Look for ways to streamline print and move to automation.
- Track and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Review shipping invoices weekly.
- Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary requirements and cost reduction expectations.
- Source alternative suppliers to reduce dependency and improve supply chain resilience.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Other duties shall be assigned as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing
- Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to analyze data to make informed purchasing decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices
