Job Title: Procurement Project Control Officer (RQ00478) Duration: 12 months (likely extension) Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid: Up to 3 days onsite (subject to HM’s discretion) Salary Range: $62- $68 per hour (depending on the experience) Background: The Project Control Officer position is intended to provide dedicated support to the Supply Chain (Procurement) team. This role is accountable for executing a range of procurement process tasks, ensuring effective facilitation of procurement activities within the organization. Must Haves: Experience in procurement of ENTERPRISE information technology including software and IT professional services (software, SAAS contracts) Experience Collaborate with internal stakeholders to verify that all sourcing documents are thorough and accurate (Great communication skills) Experience with legal contract terminology and public procurement practices Experience Managing stakeholder engagement to identify sourcing requirements, facilitate information gathering, coordinate sourcing activities, conduct market analysis, and monitor supplier performance metrics. Experience Working with internal clients to assess sourcing needs, collect relevant data, execute sourcing strategies, gather market intelligence, and evaluate supplier performance data. Oversee a portfolio of IT contracts and lead complex strategic sourcing initiatives. Input required procurement data into the designated system (e.g., Workday) in accordance with established procedures. Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria. All AI generated results are vetted by our team and the decision of which candidates move forward is always made by a human.
