Provides a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to a variety of department(s) and/or program(s) and/or facility(ies).

**Experience**
- One (1) year experience in an office environment
- Office Administration certificate
- Basic - Accounting skills
- Communication skills
- Intermediate - Computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
- Ability to work independently
- Conditional hire must complete required education/equivalent within 2 years
- If no qualified applicant(s) a conditional hire may be considered
- Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required
