**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments and meetings for CEO ,executives or clients.
- Manages an executive’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings

- Books travel and travel accommodations, including hotels and taxis
- Answers phone calls and takes detailed messages
- Fills out expense reports and other paperwork on behalf of the executive
- Purchases office supplies
- Makes sure confidential information stays private

- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Provide front desk support as needed, greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentations.
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Working side by side with the CEO
- Arrange Travel Plans as required

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in administrative functions with experience in office environments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience with phone systems for managing calls efficiently.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately with attention to detail.
- Experience in clerical tasks such as filing and document management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to contribute positively to an organization while developing their administrative skills in a supportive environment.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
