Career Opportunity Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule daily planning and assist with dispatching duties
Customer service: Handle inquiries and fielding complaints from the clients and public
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Great Customer Service Skills
Self-motivated and responsible
Attention to detail
Preparing border paperwork
R&M coordination
Checking driver routes and GPS for efficiency
Collecting driver’s paperwork
Salary position with benefits
Other duties as required which may not be listed here.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain logistics
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and filing systems
- Knowledge of freight operations and roll-off truck procedures
- Knowledge of E-manifest, CARM, BorderConnect essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$46,500.00 per year
