We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead with experience in Neo4J Neo4j Bloom and Knowledge Graph to join our AIA Practice.

**In this role, you will**:

- Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions using Neo4J and Knowledge Graph technologies.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of Neo4j Bloom visualizations to support data analysis and decision-making processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality work.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)**
- Possess extensive experience in Neo4J Neo4j Bloom and Knowledge Graph technologies.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Have a solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining scalable and high-performance databases.
- Exhibit good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
