**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide technical expertise in SQL and data integration to optimize data flow and storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data solutions.
- Develop and maintain scheduling basics to ensure timely data processing and reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft SSIS to design and implement data transformation and integration workflows.
- Implement Unix Shell Scripting to automate data processing tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality data solutions that drive business growth.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in Data Warehousing Concepts and Scheduling Basics.
- Must have expertise in ETL processes and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Must have experience in Data Integration and Microsoft SSIS for data workflows.
- Must have proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting for automation tasks.
- Must have domain experience in Payer to understand industry-specific requirements.
- Nice to have experience in other data integration tools and technologies.
- Nice to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Nice to have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Nice to have knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
- Nice to have ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
- Nice to have experience in participating in code reviews and providing feedback.
- Nice to have a proactive approach to identifying and solving data-related issues.
